And finally, no discussion on vitamins for skin would be complete without mentioning the often overlooked Vitamin K. Although it's affects on your skin are limited, Vitamin K does have one major benefit which most everyone will appreciate. This benefit is the reduction of dark circles formed under the eyes and the appearance of bruises. It can also be combined with Vitamin A to form a potent formula for lightening the circles under your eyes.
